Since our timepieces include bespoke hand-assembled modifications and delicate mechanical movements, our return and refund guidelines are structured to protect both our engineering standards and your investment.

Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the exact date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.

  • Any requests made after the 14-day window cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria & Item Condition

Because luxury-grade timepieces easily pick up hairline scratches and micro-marks, we maintain a strict standard for returns. To be eligible for a full refund:

  • The watch must be in brand new, unworn, and unaltered condition.

  • Do not remove any protective plastics, wraps, or stickers from the case, bracelet, clasp, or bezel. If the factory protective wrapping has been peeled off or tampered with, the return will be refused.

  • The watch must not have been sized (no links removed) or adjusted.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the inner and outer watch box, manuals, tags, warranty cards, and any spare links provided.

āš ļø Important Notice on Bespoke/Custom Orders: Fully customized watches, custom dial modifications, or made-to-order bespoke commissions are built specifically to your requested layout. Once hand-assembly begins on a custom order, it is non-refundable and cannot be canceled or returned.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these step-by-step instructions:

  1. Request Authorization: Send an email to our support team at support@mywatchesuk.com. Include your Order ID and clear photos of the watch displaying its current unworn state (with protective plastics intact).

  2. Receive Your RMA: Once approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide the return shipping address. Please do not ship items back without prior authorization, as they will be rejected by our intake workshop.

  3. Pack Securely: Repackage the watch safely using the original bubble wrap and protective shipping carton.

  4. Ship with Tracking: You must ship the package using a tracked and fully insured shipping service (e.g., Royal Mail Special Delivery inside the UK, or tracked couriers internationally).

Note: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes, unless the item arrived with a verified manufacturing defect. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
