MyWatchesUK is an independent workshop specializing in custom watch modifications (Mods), bespoke horological builds, and curated design alternatives.

  • No Affiliation: We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Rolex S.A., Seiko Watch Corporation, or any other luxury watch brand, manufacturer, or their subsidiaries.

  • Trademarks: All brand names, logos, model names (such as Submariner, Datejust, GMT-Master, etc.), and registered trademarks mentioned on our site are the sole property of their respective owners. Our references to these names are strictly for descriptive and aesthetic comparison purposes.

  • Custom Modifications: Our custom-built watches are individual creations hand-assembled using aftermarket, OEM, and custom components. They are not manufactured or warranted by the original brand owners.

2. Product Representation, Accuracy & Limitations

  • Handmade & Bespoke Nature: Since many of our timepieces are individually hand-assembled by our custom watchmakers, minor aesthetic or structural differences may occur from unit to unit.

  • Visual Representation: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and finishes of our watches as accurately as possible. However, due to digital lighting and screen calibration differences, the physical watch may vary slightly in appearance from its website product photos.

  • Pricing & Modifications: We reserve the right to alter the prices of our products, modify specifications, or discontinue references at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Placement, Validation & Custom Builds

  • Agreement of Sale: Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only deemed accepted once you receive a dispatch confirmation email.

  • Right of Cancellation: We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including stock limitations, technical errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Bespoke Commissions: Once work has officially commenced on a personalized, custom-designed, or made-to-order watch, the order cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded.

4. Shipping, Customs, and International Deliveries

  • UK Deliveries: Domestic UK shipments are dispatched securely via Royal Mail Tracked.

  • Global Customs and Duties: For international orders, packages are shipped using secure and highly discreet postal pathways. While we boast a 99% successful delivery rate globally, any import duties, taxes, custom fees, or local clearance delays imposed by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Incorrect Information: We cannot be held liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing payment.

5. Payment Methods & Billing Security

  • Authorized Transactions: By providing your credit/debit card, PayPal, or other accepted payment credentials, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use that payment method.

  • Fraud Prevention: To secure our transactions, all orders may undergo automated fraud-detection screening. We reserve the right to temporarily hold or void orders that exhibit high-risk indicators until identity verification is completed.

  • Mechanical Warranty: We provide a dedicated 12-month mechanical warranty on the internal automatic movement of our watches, covering manufacturing defects.

  • What is NOT Covered: This warranty does not cover:

    • Accidental damage, drops, glass breakage, or bezel scratches.

    • Wear and tear of straps, bracelets, or case plating.

    • Water damage resulting from user error (e.g., leaving the screw-down crown unscrewed or exposing the watch to high-pressure steam/showers).

  • Limitation: Under no circumstances shall MyWatchesUK, its directors, or its craftsmen be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of our products.

  • All intellectual property, written copy, blog articles, graphics, logos, and custom web designs developed by and for MyWatchesUK are protected by copyright laws.
