GREAT watch! It keeps time, looks really nice, is clearly well made, so why the comparison to Obamacare?

Simple, it does exactly what we had before, but costs an exponential amount more, and like Obamacare insurance, there is no way to get rid of it once you buy it. Granted, this watch could be sold once you buy it, but at a steep loss. Hmm, actually, it's not all that different than ACA.
