I love my GShock but I needed something more applicable for dressy/formal events. This Fossil is nicely detailed, from the blue hands on the month/date to the etchings on the bezel. The silicone band is soft and comfortable, and it has a semi-tactical look to it for not a lot of money (it's about $25 less than the store price). Definitely a thumbs up.
