One of Cartier’s most iconic collections, the Santos de Cartier family was introduced in 1904 as the result of a promise Louis Cartier made to Alberto Santos-Dumont to create the first ever wristwatch suitable for flying.
This Santos De Cartier Men’s Watch boasts many of the family’s iconic features such as the rounded angles of the dial, the seamless curve of the horns and exposed screws.
Powered by mechanical movement with automatic winding and 1847 MC , this high performance timepiece comes with a choice of two straps in grey alligator leather and deep blue calfskin. Both straps have a double adjustable, 18ct rose gold folding buckle and are equipped with a “QuickSwitch” interchangeability system.
The luxury 40mm case in 18ct rose gold boasts a seven-sided crown set with a faceted sapphire, framing the silvered opaline dial with blued-steel sword-shaped hands and sapphire crystal lens.
With water-resistant to 100 metres, the Santos collection also features a variety of styles and finishes.
