I purchased the watch new from marketplace seller savingshub and they really went above and beyond. I was skeptical that the watch was real and/or new because of the price I paid. They answered my phone calls and emails promptly (if not immediately) and did everything to insure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. They even told me to take it to a jeweler and have the back taken off to verify the movement was genuine inside the watch. It was. I am so happy with the price I paid and the product I got. All original packaging included.
